EACH MODULE INCLUDES
Taken by all participants to identify their personal communication style associated with the business environment they operate in, and their preferred natural communication style.
Participants will be actively engaged in the learning process. Participants will experience the different ways the four interaction styles solve problems, deal with stress, and address challenges.

Participants will understand their preferences in the areas of communication, motivation, and management style. Each individual will have specific areas of improvement to set a Plan of Action around.
The group leader will also receive a facilitation guide with instructions and exercises to ensure application and team understanding.
